Name your price on a Door County stay.

Door County Deals is a simple way to make an offer on a luxury Door County vacation home. You pick the home and the dates, tell us what you'd like to pay, and we respond personally.

How it works

  1. Choose one of our homes and pick your dates on the live calendar — only open dates are shown.
  2. You'll see a base quote (nightly rate + cleaning + linen). Pets and 13.5% tax are added later to the agreed rate.
  3. Enter what you're willing to pay and submit your offer with your name, email, and phone.
  4. We review every offer personally and reply by email — accept, decline, or a counter-offer.
  5. If your offer is accepted, you arrange payment by Zelle directly with the owner (a quick $1 test first).

Why offers?

Rather than a fixed nightly rate, we'd rather hear what a stay is worth to you. Some dates have more flexibility than others — holiday weekends less so — and a fair offer on open dates has a real chance of being accepted.

How we fit in

Door County Deals charges no fee and is not a party to any transaction. We simply put you in direct contact with the property owner. Once your initial offer is submitted, all communication — acceptance, payment, and arrangements — is directly between you and the owner.

There is no obligation on anyone to accept an offer. A deal exists only once payment has been made.

We host five distinct homes across Door County — in Fish Creek, Baileys Harbor, and on Kangaroo Lake. You can view photos and details of each home from its listing on the offer page, or at doorcountystay.com.

Questions

If you have a question, add it to the message box when you submit your offer, and the owner will get back to you by email. There is no obligation for you to book even if your offer was accepted.
